Revive Wellness & Skin Spa was founded on the belief that skincare should be personal, relaxing, and results-driven. While training to become an esthetician, founder Leslie Czarnecki noticed how often spas recommended products without analyzing a client’s skin or rushed through treatments focused more on sales than self-care.
Drawing on over 30 years as a passionate skincare consumer, Leslie created Revive to offer something different—a boutique spa experience where every client receives personalized attention in a calm, welcoming environment.
Now a favorite in Birmingham, MI, Revive continues to be a place where clients feel truly relaxed, refreshed, and revived.

Meet the owner
Leslie Czarnecki spent over three decades in the legal field before following her passion for skincare. A graduate of Madonna University, she balanced a successful legal career with raising three children—and a lifelong love of esthetics.
In 2021, encouraged by a friend, Leslie enrolled full-time in esthetician school, graduating second in her class. With 400+ hours of training and her license in hand, she launched Revive to bring her unique perspective as both a professional and a long-time spa client.
Leslie is also a certified Reiki Master, offering holistic treatments that support both skin health and emotional wellness.
